1. Someone calls you and asks if you are alright to talk on the cell phone while driving.
2. Slow down when we see an accident.
3. Tell your 3 year old daughter not to lift up her dress to look at her belly.
4. Brush your 2 year old teeth after she eats candy because she has cavities.
5. Keep telling yourself that tomorrow you shall wake up early to take a walk.

I like the comment on reminding oneself to go for walk every morning.
Walking is a God given free excercise for our bodies..it helps our blood circulation & therefore keeps our bodies healthy!
I am going for walk too every morning!
